The interface of IE 7 is slightly better than the latest Firefox IMO. You might want to spend more time on the future of better insight into pay ranges rather than preaching at your future customers about which browser to use. Remember, what you think doesn't matter when you make product decisions, but rather what your customers want and how you can deliver it to them- and the majority still use IE.
